CAPS Entreprise is committed to providing timely responses for problems or concerns with HMPP Workbench software.
Technical support is available via e-mail at hmpp-support@caps-entreprise.com or by calling +33 222 511 599. This will connect you to someone directly during regular business hours - Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Central European Time (GMT+1:00).
Helpful information to include when reporting problems:
1. Short description of the problem met
2. Description of the environment used (OS, HMPP Version, proprietary SDK, etc)
3. The command that exhibits the problem as well as the messages obtained
4. If possible the application on which the problem is found
5. Any information that you consider useful
